Guanciale Style Pork Jowls

We have created our own version of traditional Italian guanciale. 

Cured in Italian herbs and spices, it pairs beautifully with any Italian dish.  

Our favorite way to use guanciale is to cut lardons, fry them with chicken, and add to alfredo or carbonara!
